Turbine Diagnostic Services offers steam turbine governor upgrade services utilizing the Woodward 505 governor for straight condensing or back pressure machines with one set of control valves. Turbine Diagnostic Services also offers the Woodward 505E governor upgrade services for industrial customers with single auto-extraction/admission turbine generators with two sets of control valves.

Turbine Diagnostic Services is offering our very own TurboNet Dash 1® control system for more complex needs. The TurboNet Dash 1® is a custom configurable control system that is fast, user friendly, versatile and expandable. This system has DCS architecture and can be configured for any steam or gas turbine application or also used for balance of plant control.

The TurboNet Dash 1® control system is capable of providing turbine control for a double-auto extraction/admission, triple auto machine, or large steam turbines. The control system can be applied to all gas turbines and any state of the art combustion system. This system is extremely reliable due to the Linux operating system platform on which it is constructed.

Turbine Diagnostic Services has a design staff with CAD mechanical and electrical drawing capability. The Turbine Diagnostic Services startup engineers are capable of conducting all system application, design integration, and programming. Turbine Diagnostic Services can fabricate a system incorporating the Woodward 505/505E products or the Turbine Diagnostic Services TurboNet Dash 1®.
